Organ recitals at Central:

I am delighted to welcome organists from local churches as well as much further afield for our annual organ recital series.

I am very grateful to Tim Jones for coming all the way from St Denys, Walmgate to start us off on Thursday 15 May at 12:30. Tim was born and raised in Chester, and was organ scholar at Pembroke College, Oxford.

On Thursday 29 May it will be great to hear Dr Richard Fenwick. He was Bishop of St Helena, and before that Dean of Newport Cathedral. His time at university included studying music as well as theology and he is very fine organist.

I look forward to seeing you there!
